I contacted Frank (Chic) Moniti's wife, Dorothy (maiden name of Cheshire, goes by the name Babs). She is a Worcester girl. After the war, Chic & Babs returned to the U.S. and settled in Connecticut to raised their family. Frank died two years ago and Babs sounds like she is doing fine. We chatted for about a half hour and she told me the fellows pictured as Neil and Nate are Neil Bracco and Natale J. Paranzino. Nick was from New Jersey, not sure about Nate. No longer in touch. As far as a Nate Giacone, no relation to my dad.
